ONE Energy Operating

To achieve the Company’s objective to expand margins and recapture value on existing leases, ONE Energy Capital Corp. established a wholly owned subsidiary, ONE Energy Operating Corp. The operating company is fully bonded and licensed with the Texas Railroad Commission and currently operates ONE Energy’s Knox County, Texas properties.

ONE Energy continues to seek acquisition candidates where its operating company can take over existing operations. As operator, the Company is better able to control costs and implement revitalization programs which correspond to the Company’s acquisition strategy.
